- I'm just an ordinary person trying to find the extraordinary in life... This is a glimpse of my journey through life, love, family, friendship and whatever adventures find me along the way. I am proud to say that I am a small town girl, born and raised in Nebraska, GO HUSKERS!! Friends and family come #1 in my book. Always have and always will. I am a Case Manager in the mental health field. The next chapter in my "book of life" will be pursuing a career as a Certified Child Life Specialist (working in hospitals with terminally/chronically ill children, utilizing drama, music, art, and recreation therapies; teaching and preparing them for procedures they may endure and improving their quality of life.)
